Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers. In addition to our core values and our customer focus, we also have a 4.5-day work week, which means you can start your weekend early! We are looking for you to help build the business by identifying prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be responsible for quoting new and existing business and growing account revenue and profitability. You will be responsible to deliver on: Business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their fit. Quote new parts for current or existing customers. Understanding of ERP and MRP systems to create new bill of materials (BOM) Collaborate with the customer to solve their needs. Grow the relationship with the customers and be the answer to their questions. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Manage the sale price realization with the customer. If you have the following qualifications, you'll be first on our list to contact: Proven sales experience, including finding new clients, building client relationships, selling to customer needs, negotiating terms and managing. related financials Must be mechanically oriented, with electrical and/or electronic experience and/or education. Independent, creative and motivated with a high energy level and a focus on excellence. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation and public speaking skills. Proficient in MS Office General knowledge, or expertise in Sage ERP
