Patent Bar eligibility is preferred. Duties:Conduct trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.Handle matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).Conduct legal research on trademark issues.Draft and review trademark applications, responses, and legal documents.Advise clients on trademark matters, including trademark clearance and registration.Manage trademark portfolios for clients.Handle trademark disputes and enforcement actions. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the District of Columbia Bar.1-3 years of experience with trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.Experience handling matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).Patent Bar eligibility is preferred. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the District of Columbia Bar.Patent Bar eligibility preferred. Skills:Strong understanding of trademark law and procedures.Excellent research and writing skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
