Responsibilities The Service Technicians primary responsibilities include performing all vehicle repairs, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work. Customer satisfaction is a result of your personal work habits and ethics and is of the utmost importance as part of your job function. As a Service Technician the responsibility of customer satisfaction falls into the categories of completing the job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time for every service visit. Experience in performing routine inspections/maintenance and diagnostic. Full automotive troubleshooting and testing Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals Outstanding communication skills Professional work ethic Work on a service team with service advisor's and communicate about vehicle repairs needed Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to exercise good judgment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Qualifications We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a high level of automotive repair expertise and a passion for the automotive industry! A successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong customer service and active-listening abilities. 2-3 years of automotive diagnosis and problem solving experience Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations ASE Certifications preferred State Inspector’s License preferred Come and join a dynamic industry leader!
