Job Description Join our company's Global Cardiometabolic & Respiratory team (CMR) and play a key role in the growth and success of our Cardiometabolic portfolio. Reporting to the Executive Director and Global Commercial Leader for the sGC alliance, you will be responsible for leading key strategic elements of the marketing strategies for two commercialized alliance products in Pulmonary Hypertension (PAH, CTEPH) and worsening Heart Failure (HF). This is an exciting opportunity to make a global impact on cardiovascular disease and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for in-line products, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer insights and market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Stay up to date with the latest developments in the PH and HF treatment landscape to align marketing strategies with evolving market dynamics. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key markets, alliance partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy that optimizes assets.Support consistent execution at the local country level through the Global Commercial Team. Key Projects: Lead strategic projects, including internal marketing plan processes and the development of Integrated Brand Plans with the alliance partner.Support launch readiness and execution for the HF product based on ongoing large CVOT (Cardiovascular Outcomes Trial) study. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve financial objectives. Collaboration and Development: Partner with CMR Global Marketing colleagues to foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.Challenge the status quo and contribute to creating stronger outcomes through stretching our collective team's thinking. Position Qualifications & Skills: Location: This role is based at our Headquarters site in Rahway, NJ (USA), with a Hybrid setup (combination of an in-office & remote).This position cannot be 100% remote. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum of 8 years combined marketing, sales, market access, or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Able to challenge the status quo and lead change to achieve strategic priorities.
